【Abstract】 The mechanism of the torque limiter is explained in this paper. The method to ascertain the lifting capacity of the tower crane is different between the tower crane with single hanging point and that with double hanging point. The lifting capacity of the tower crane with single hanging point applies the curve equation of (Q+q)(x-r)=M R. The lifting capacity of the tower crane with double hanging point applies the method of statically indeterminate structure. By using the method of unit force, the computer algorithm to calculate the lifting capacity of the tower crane with double hanging point is derived. At last, by using QTZ315 as example, the difference between the several lifting capacity and the reliability of the algorithm are discussed.更多还原
