连铸机冷配水PLC控制系统设计
A PLC control system for cooling preparation water of linking casting machine
【摘要】 根据连铸坯凝固冷却过程的物理本质 ,运用传热学理论建立了各段喷水量的数学模型。利用TI— 5 45可编程控制器设计了连铸机冷配水控制系统 ,通过对系统的整体配置、控制方式、应用软件设计方法的论述 ,介绍整个控制系统的结构和功能。运行结果表明 :该系统取代手动操作系统 ,提高了连铸机生产的产量和质量
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of heat transfer and the physical essence of linking casting billet’s concretion and cooling procudure, the mathematic model of each phase of spouting quantity is set up. By means of TI—545 programmable controller, the cooling preparation water of linking cas ting machine control system is developed. By describing the whole preparation control way, applied software design method, the structure and functions of the whole control system are introduced. The operation shows that this system can improve the yield and quality of linking casting prodution, when the manual operation system replaced.
