掺杂P2O5对无水硫铝酸钙形成及水化性能影响的研究
Influence of P2O5 on the Formation and Hydration Properties of C 4A 3S
【摘要】 研究了掺杂P2 O5 对无水硫铝酸钙矿物形成及水化性能的影响。结果表明 ,在 1 30 0℃保温 1h的煅烧条件下 ,因P2 O5 有稳定过渡产物CA的作用 ,从而减慢C4A3S的形成速度 ;而在 1 30 0℃保温 3h的煅烧条件下 ,掺加适量的P2 O5 能使C4A3S的形成量增加。当P2 O5 含量高于 1 %时 ,则C4A3S的形成量减少 ;掺杂使晶体主要以四方晶系的结构形式存在。在本实验条件下 ,掺加少量的P2 O5 可提高的水化反应活性 ,其原因归结为晶体结构的畸变。
【Abstract】 The influence of P 2O 5 on the formation and hydration properties of C 4A 3S has been studied in this paper. Results show that, the forming speed of1C 4A 3S is decreased because of P 2O 5 stabilize the transitional product CA at 1300℃ for one hour. When soaking time is increased to three hours, adding a suitable amount of P 2O 5 can increase the forming content of C 4A 3S, but if the amount of P 2O 5 content is more than 1%,the forming content of decreases.The impure oxides will result in that the crystal ofC 4A 3S exists in tetragonal structure.At this experimental conditions,adding a suitable amount of P 2O 5 can increase the hydration activity ofC 4A 3S,which the reason is attributed to distortion in the crystal lattice of C 4A 3S.
