P相、铁相对Q相-CA-C12A7系列水泥烧成条件的影响
Effeet of P and Tetracalicium Aluminoferrite Phase on Sintering Conditions of Cement in Q - CA - C12A7 System
【摘要】 介绍P相、Q相的组成,并对单矿物P相和Q相的形成条件进行研究,研究少量P相和铁相对Q相为主要矿物的水泥的烧成条件的影响。实验结果表明:掺加少量P相的Q相-CA-C12A7水泥,烧成温度大大降低;铁相的存在,能够降低 Q相的烧成温度,富镁能促进 Q相的形成。
【Abstract】 The compositions of P. Q phase are introduced respectively. The formation of single phase of P and Q and the effeet of a small amount of P and tetracalcium aluminoferrite phase on sintering conditions of cement whose main mineral is Q phase are reserched. The results show that a small amount of P phase can remark ablely decrease the sintering temperature of Q phase,and the tetracalicum aluminoferrite can decrease its sin tering temperature. The rich - magnesia can accelerate the for mation of Q phase.
