SO3对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料中C3S,C4A3矿物形成影响的研究
Influence of SO3 on Mineral Formation of Alite-sulphoaluminate Cement Clinker
【摘要】 以纯化学试剂配料,研究了 SO3对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料中C3S,C4A3矿物形成的影响。结果表明,一定量的SO3能改善生料的易烧性,促进系统中f-CaO的吸收,并能保证 C4A3矿物良好形成及有利于C3S的形成。而当SO3含量较高时,将阻碍C3S的形成并导致熟料中f-CaO升高。
【Abstract】 The influences of SO3 on the mineral formation of alite-sulphoaluminate cement are studied in the is paper. The, results show that, a suitable amount of SO3 can improve the burnability of raw mix, benefit f - CaO combination, promote the formation of mineral C4A3. But higher content of SO3 will hinder the formation of C3S and the content of free lime be comes high.
