起动条件对硫酸盐还原菌活性的影响
A RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF STARTING CONDITIONS TO THE ACTIVITY OF SULFATE REDUCING BACTERIA
【摘要】 利用 UASB(Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Bed)反应器 ,研究了不同起动条件对硫酸盐还原菌活性的影响 .从两个方面对污泥中硫酸盐还原菌进行了考察 :(1 )废水中硫酸盐的去除率比较 ;(2 )污泥的产甲烷活性及产硫化物活性比较 .试验发现 ,COD/SO4 2 -比值是影响硫酸盐还原菌活性的最主要因素 .
【Abstract】 In this papper, the effects of different starting conditions on the activity of SBR were studied with a UASB reactor. The research was proceeded from two different aspects: (1) to compare the sulfate removal rate in the effluent; (2) to compare the methane producing activity and the sulfide producing activity of the cultivated sludges. The finding of the experiment is that COD/SO 4 2- ratio is the main factor to influence the SBR activity.
