【Abstract】 Two N glycosides 3(A B) of 2 Phenylthio 5 fluoro 3H 4 pyimidinone 2 were synthesized by the reaction of 2 with α bromoacetylglycose 1(A B) under phase trasfer catalysis, and three O glycosides 5(A C) of 2 were prepared by the Koenigs Knoor reaction of 1(A C)with the silver salt 4 of 2.Their structure were confirmed by IR. 1HNMR and elementary analysis.更多还原
