糖苷合成研究(XV) 2-苯硫基-5-氟-3H-4-嘧啶酮糖苷的合成和表征
STUDIES ON THE SYNTHESIS OF GLYCOSIDES(XV) —— THE SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF GLYCOSIDES OF 2-PHENYLTHIO-5-FLUORO-3H -4-PYRIMIDINONE
【摘要】 采用相转移催化法和Koenigs Knoor反应 ,使乙酰基 α D 溴代糖 1与 2 苯硫基 5 氟 3H 4 嘧啶酮 2 (或其银盐 4 )反应 ,合成了 5个相应的糖苷类化合物 ,其结构经IR、1HNMR和元素分析所证实 .
【Abstract】 Two N glycosides 3(A B) of 2 Phenylthio 5 fluoro 3H 4 pyimidinone 2 were synthesized by the reaction of 2 with α bromoacetylglycose 1(A B) under phase trasfer catalysis, and three O glycosides 5(A C) of 2 were prepared by the Koenigs Knoor reaction of 1(A C)with the silver salt 4 of 2.Their structure were confirmed by IR. 1HNMR and elementary analysis.
