【摘要】 目的 :观察脉络宁预防化疗所致浅表静脉炎的疗效。方法 :脉络宁20ml+生理盐水200ml,在含有刺激血管壁的化疗药前后静滴。结果 :应用脉络宁后静脉炎发生率明显下降 ,治疗组50例发生率为20% ,而对照组50例为62% ,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。两例出现过敏反应 ,对症处理后缓解。结论 :脉络宁是预防化疗所致浅表静脉炎有效药物之一 ,疗效好副作用轻更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Mai luo ning on preventing the superfaicial phlebitis caused by chemotherapy.Methods:Mai luo ning 20 ml in 0.9% NS solution 200ml,was given by intravenous drip before and after the administration of chemotherapy agents with irritation on blood vessel.Results:In the treatment group,the incidence of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy was 20%,in control group it was 62%,the difference is significant (P<0.01).Allergic reactions were seen in two patients in treatment group,which were relieved after anti allergy treatment.Conclusion:Mai luo ning is one of the effective drugs which could prevent the phlebitis caused by chemotherapy,with good therapeutic effect and slight side effects.更多还原
