【摘要】 目的 :了解细胞周期调控基因cyclinD1 和 p21在子宫内膜癌中的表达及与临床特征的关系。方法 :用免疫组化法检测66例子宫内膜癌标本中cyclinD1 和 p21表达。结果 :cyclinD1 的阳性表达率为54.55% ,其表达与FIGO分期有关 ;p21的阳性表达率为42.42 %。其表达随组织学分级、FIGO分期及肌层侵润深度的增加而降低 ,但并无统计学意义。cyclinD1 和 p21的表达无相关性 ,γ= -0.0622。结论 :原癌基因cyclinD1 与子宫内膜癌的发生和发展有关 ,p21的作用尚待进一步证实更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of cell cycle associated proteins CyclinD1,p21 in endometrial carcinoma and their correlation with clinical parameters,and evaluate the correlation of their expression status between each other.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect cyclin D 1 and p21 expressions in 66 cases of endometrial carcinoma.Result:The positive rate of cyclinD1 was 54.55%.The cyclin D 1 expression was significantly associated with FIGO stage (P<0.05).The positive rate of p21 was 42.42%.Low expression was related to poor histological grade,advanced FIGO stage and depth of myometrial invision>1/2,but none of them had significant difference.There was no correlation between cyclin D 1 and p21,γ=-0.0622(P>0.05).Conclusions:cyclin D 1 may play an important role in the developement and progression of endometrial carcinoma.The effect of p21 need to be further investigated.更多还原
