【Abstract】 The rotifer Brachinonus plicatilis has been respectively cultured in a 1000ml beaker, a 5L automatic bioreactor, a regular large pond(5m3) and a large pond(5m3) winth O3 ventilation together with biofiltration. The characteristics of ro-chr groWth, and the changes of pH, Do, NH3 - N and NH2 - N in the above four systems were investigated intensively.The results obtalned could establish a foundation for the optimization of technology and system for high desity culture of the rotifer.更多还原
