缢蛏人工育苗及中间暂养技术
Study on artificial seeds production and spat culture of Sinonovacula constricta
【摘要】 利用对虾育苗设施进行缢蛏人工催产、浮游幼虫培育、稚贝培育和室外中间暂养。1997年出池稚贝平均密度76.26×104颗/m2(壳长501~920μm),最高密度111.15×104颗/m2(壳长501-811μm)。土塘中间暂养成活率91.25%(至亮长0.25cm左右),滩涂中间暂养成活率85.62%(至壳长0.2cm左右)。
【Abstract】 Spawning inducing, larva nursing, juveniles culture and outdoor spat culture of synonovacula constricta were conducted by using shrimp hatching facilities. In factory-scale production of 1997, the average yield of juveniles is 76. 26×104/m2(shell ength is 501~920μm). The survival rate of spat culture in earth pound is 91.5% (shell length is about 0. 25cm), while on beach it is 85.61% (shell length is about 0. 2cm).
