【摘要】 目的　探讨 X线平片及 CT扫描在脊柱爆裂骨折诊断中的价值。方法　回顾性分析 86例脊柱爆裂骨折的 X线平片及 CT扫描资料。结果　 71例为单椎体骨折 ,15例为多椎体骨折。椎楔形变 (10 0 % ) ;椎体后缘线异常 (89.5 % ) ;椎弓根间距 >4mm (81.4% ) ;X线平片及 CT扫描显示椎体后缘骨碎块分别为 46 .5 %和 83.0 % (P<0 .0 0 1) ,附件骨折 (5 8.5 % )。结论　椎体后缘线异常和椎体后缘碎骨块是爆裂型骨折的可靠 X线平片征象 ,而 CT在显示爆裂型骨折及其碎骨块明显优于平片 ,对脊柱失稳 ,椎管狭窄程度的判断有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the value of X-ray plain films and CT scan in the diagnosis of spinal burst fracture.Methods The plain films and CT images of the spinal burst fracture in 86 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 71 cases of single vertebral body fracture and 15 cases of multiple vertebral body fracture.Wedge change of vertebral body(100%),abnormal posterior vertebral body line(89.5%),and interpediculate distance >4mm (81.4%) were shown;the bone fragments in the posterior margin of vertebral body accounted for 46.5% on the X-ray flims and 83.0% on the CT images ( P <0.001),The occurrence of the fracture of appendages was rather high (58.5%).Conclusion On X-ray films,abnormal posterior vertebral body line and the bone fragments in the posterior margin of vertebral body are reliable signs of spinal burst fracture.CT scan is apparently superior to plain films in showing the component of burst fracture and its fragments.CT scan is of great value in diagnosing and judging the instability and narrowing of spinal canal.更多还原
