【摘要】 目的　分析嗜麦芽黄单孢菌所致嗜麦芽黄单孢菌肺炎的诊断、临床特点及易感因素 ,探讨其有效的治疗途径及疗效。方法　根据痰培养及药敏结果选用敏感抗生素治疗 ,平均用药时间 1 0天。结果　本组 34例 ,治愈 1 2例 ,有效 1 0例 ,死亡 1 2例。结论　嗜麦芽黄单孢菌肺炎诊断主要依据临床表现和痰细菌培养 ;根据药敏结果选用敏感抗生素治疗、减少其易感因素、加强基础疾病治疗 ,是提高治愈率 ,降低病死率的重要措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the clinical features and diagnosis of pseudomonas maltophilia induced pneumonia and make an approach to effective treatment.Methods The sensitive antibiotics were selected according to the sputum culture and were used for ten days on the averaye.Results Of 34 cases,12 were cured,10 improved and 12 died.Conclusion The diagnosis of pseudomonas maltophilia induced pneumonia was based on the clinical manifestations and sputum culture.Selecting the sensitive antibiotics,decreasing the predisposing factors and treating the underlying diseases should be the main measures to raise the cure rate and lower the fatality rate of this disease.更多还原
