【摘要】 目的　检测原发性肺癌中 p5 3基因蛋白表达与组织类型、分化程度以及淋巴结转移的关系。方法　应用免疫组化 L DP法 ,用鼠抗人 p5 3单克隆抗体检测 p5 3蛋白的表达。结果　 44例原发性肺癌中 p5 3基因蛋白表达阳性率5 6 .8%。其中鳞癌 14例、腺癌 30例、阳性率分别为 5 7.1%、46 .7%。高分化 10例 ,中分化 2 0例 ,低分化 14例 ,阳性率分别为 40 %、5 0 %、5 7.1%。肺癌有淋巴结转移的 p5 3阳性率为 6 5 .5 % ,高于无淋巴结转移者 ( 2 6 .7% ) ,P<0 .0 5。结论　p5 3蛋白表达与原发性肺癌的发生、淋巴结转移有关 ,与原发性肺癌的组织类型、分化程度无关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the relationship of the expression of p53 gene protein with tissue type,degree of differentiation and lymphatic metastasis in primary carcinoma of lung.Methods Immunohistochemical LDP methods were adopted.The mouseantihuman p53 monoclonal antibodies were used to detect the expression of protein p53.Results In 44 cases of primary carcinoma of lung,the total positive rate of p53 gene protein expression was 56.8%.14cases were squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases were adenocarcinoma;the positive rates were 57.1% and 46.7% respectively.10 cases were in the group of well differentiation,the positive rate was 40%;20 cases were in the group of medium differentiation,the positive rate was 50%;and 14 cases were in the group of poor differentiation ,the positive rate was 57.1%.The positive rate of p53 for the cases of pulmonary carcinoma with lymphatic metstasis was 65.5%,which was higher than that (26.7%)for the cases without lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of protein p53 is related to the occurrence of primary carcinoma of lung and lymphatic metastasis,but it is not related to the tissue type and the degree of differentiation.更多还原
