【摘要】 目的　为量化评估儿童抽动障碍症状的严重程度,翻译并初步应用耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表(YaleGlobalTicSeverityScale,YGTSS)。方法　对72例抽动障碍病儿分别于治疗前和治疗2周后作YGTSS抽动评分,同时由病儿或监护人按显效、有效和无效自行评定疗效。比较72例患儿中三种不同类型(暂时性抽动,慢性抽动和抽-秽语综合征)之间的积分差别,比较三组不同疗效病儿之间YGTSS积分变化的差别。结果　治疗开始前暂时性抽动、慢性抽动和抽动-秽语综合征三种类型间YGTSS积分明显差异(F=59.31,P<0.01),治疗2周后YGTSS积分进步率与自行评定疗效相一致(F=12444,P<0.01)。结论　YGTSS积分与病儿病情的轻重程度是一致的,确能较客观量化地反映抽动症状的严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to assess the severity of ticsymptoms quantitatvely in children,the authors introduced a Chinese translation of Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and applied it to clinical practice.Methods 72 cases of tic children were assessed prior to and 2 weeks after treatment with YGTSS.The three grade(distinctly effective,effective and ineffective) assessment was conducted simultaneously by the patients and their guardians on the efficacy of the treatment.The subjects were divided into 3 groups:transient tic disorder(TTD),chronic motor or vocal tic disorder(CTD),and Tourettes syndrome(TS),The scores of different patient groups and of different efficacy grades were compared.Results The pre treatment scores of 3 groups were distinctly different( F =59.31, P <0.01)while the percentage improvement of post treatment YGTSS score was significantly consistent with patient/guardian assessment on the efficacy( F =124.44, P <0.01).Conclusion YGTSS scores are conisistent with the severity of tic disorders in children;it is useful in the severity assessment of the disorder in a quantitative and more subjective way.更多还原
