光照制度对肉鸭生产性能和脂肪沉积的影响

【摘要】 本试验选用 1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭 90 0只 ,随机分为 9个组 ,每组 2个重复 ,每个重复 5 0只肉仔鸭。试验组采用二因素、每个因素三个水平的完全随机设计 ,以研究光照制度对肉鸭生产性能和脂肪沉积的影响。结果表明 :(1 )日增重 :光照制度和公母的分群方式对日增重分别有显著影响 (P <0 0 5 )和极显著影响 (P <0 0 1 ) ,间歇光照组显著优于渐增光照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,连续光照组与间歇光照组、渐增光照组差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;公鸭组的日增重极显著高于母鸭组和公母混群组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,母鸭组与公母混群组差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。(2 )死亡率 :光照制度及公母的分群方式对肉鸭的死亡率均无显著影响 (P >0 0 5 )。 (3)饲料转化率 :光照制度及公母的分群方式对肉鸭的饲料转化率均无显著影响 (P >0 0 5 )。 (4)腹脂率和皮脂率 :光照制度对肉鸭的腹腹率和皮脂率均有极显著的影响 (P <0 0 1 ) ,连续光照组极显著的高于间歇光照组和渐增光照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,间歇光照组和渐增光照组间的腹脂率差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而皮脂率差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。公母的分群方式对肉鸭的脂腹率和皮脂率分别有显著影响 (P <0 0 5 )和极显著影响 (P <0 0 1 ) ,公鸭组的腹脂率显著高于母鸭组和公母混群

【Abstract】 The trial was made to study on effects of lighting on meat ducks productivity and fat deposition Choose 900 1-day-old cherry-vally meat ducks were randomly divided into 9 groups 2 repeation each groups and 50 meat ducks each repation The experiment was designed on two factors,and three levls in each factor The result indicated:(1)lighting system and the male and female ducks have no remarkable effect on the ducks death rate and the feed efficiency(P<0 05) (2)a significent influence on the ADG(P<0 05;P<0 01) lighting at intervals in superior to the gradually-increasing lighting(P<0 05),the continuous lighting has no difference from the two ways of lighting above(P>0 05),The ADG male groups in much higher than the female groups and the mixed groups(P<0 01) While the female groups have a difference compared with the mixed groups(P<0 01) While the female groups have a difference compared with the mixed groups(P<0 05) (3)lighting system has a great influence on the sebaceous rate and abdominal fat rate(P<0 01) (4) the male and female sex way has a influence on the sebaceous rate(P<0 05) and significent influence on the abdominal fat rate (P<0 01)
