心理演练与足球射门命中率的关系
On the Relationship Between Mental Practice and the Percentage Hits in Soccer Training
【摘要】 采用分组实验的研究方法 ,尝试运用心理演练与身体练习相结合的训练方法来解决足球教学中射门的技术难点 ,结果表明 ,通过对足球射门的心理演练与技术练习 ,提高了射门的命中率。
【Abstract】 By with the method of divided groups, the essay is trying to talk about how to solve the technical problems of shooting in football teaching by reaction and body practice, It proves that body practice have obvious effect on improving shooting techniques and the chances to score.
