心解1号对实验性心律失常的影响
Effects of Xin-Jie Nol on Experimental Arrhythmia
【摘要】 大鼠静脉恒速推注与头碱(Aco)诱发大鼠心律失常法和结扎犬冠状动脉前降支造成动物急性心肌缺血诱发心律失常法,以ECG改变为指标观察心解1号对实验性心律失常的影响。结果显示心解1号能显著提高Aco诱发大鼠心律失常的阈值。心0.9mg/kg组与同毒水平(1/10 LD50)普鲁卡固胺(PA)比较,两药组Aco对室性早博(VE)诱发剂量相当,而对室性过速(VT)、室性纤颤(VF)、死亡(CA)等指标,心解1号对Aco诱发剂量分别较PA组提高30.8ug/kg、40.4ug/kg、42.0ug/kg;心解1号能有效降低犬心肌缺血时VE、VT的发生,给药前后结果比较P<0.001。实验表明:心解1号具有较好的抗Aco所致心律失常作用及改善犬心肌缺血性心律失常作用。
【Abstract】 Intravenous injection of Aconiti (Aco) with constant speed in rats and ligated the left anteri tranch of coronary arteries to perfaron acute myocardial isohemia of the dogs and evoked arrhythmia. The experimental arrhythmia recorded with the change of ECG, showed that xin -jie No. 1 can increase the threshold of injection of Aconiti to evoke arrhythmia in rats obviously, and can decrease the occurance of ventriculal premature contraction (VE) and ventriculal tacycardia (VT) of the dogs effectively.
