【摘要】 比较了东部、中部、西部三地区城市规模结构 ,并使用依赖度综合指标比较了省会城市经济在三地区的重要性。根据城市经济学的有关理论 ,提出在西部大开发时应该弱化省会城市的部分经济职能 ,抓住东部沿海地区劳动密集型产业向中西部转移的机会 ,统筹安排 ,形成省会城市带动大、中城市 ,大、中城市带动小城镇的良好局面更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper compares the composition of scale of cities in eastern, middle and western areas and further uses dependent ratio to compare the importance of provincial capitals in the three areas. Based on the relative theories of urban economics, the authors present such advice : weaken part of economy function of provincial capitals, catch the good chance (the shift of coastal region’s labor intensive estate to Midwest), develop a group of medium sized cities and form a good situation that provincial capitals pull big cities,and medium sized cities, and form a good situation that provincial capitals pull big cities, and medium sized cities and the latter pull small sized cities and towns.更多还原
