【摘要】 介绍了12种图像处理的原理、算法以及基于图像处理的VB源程序，并用实例说明了VB源程序的调用方法和实现的图像效果。

【Abstract】 After introducing the principle and algorithm of twelve kinds of images processing and VB program,the method of calling VB program and the effect of realized image are explained by examples.
