电流参数对Fe-P非晶态电镀层韧性的影响
Effect of Current Parameters on Ductility of Electrodeposited Amorphous Fe-P Alloy Films
【摘要】 研究了用交、直流迭加电流和周期换向电流电镀Fe-P非晶态合金时,电流参数对镀层韧性的影响。当电流的阴极部分和阳极部分的比例适当,可以使镀层韧性得到很大的改善。
【Abstract】 In electroplating amorphous Fe-P alloy by asymmetrical alternating current and periodic- reverse current, the effect of current parameters on the ductility of electrodeposited films is reseached. If the employed current parameters are fit,ductility of the films can be significantly improved.
