三相流化阳离子交换-除CO2联合水处理装置的气含率与数值模拟

【摘要】 研究了一定条件下气、液、固三相流化阳离子交换 -除 CO2 联合水处理装置的气含率分布 ,讨论了树脂层高及气、液表观速度对气含率分布的影响。用拟两相的双流体模型计算了三相流态化阳离子交换 -除 CO2 联合水处理装置的气含率。结果表明 ,模拟结果与实验结果一致

【Abstract】 The distribution of gas holdup of a combined water treatment device of three-phase(solid, liquid, gas) fluidized cationic exchange -CO 2 removal was studied under a certain conditions. The effects of operational conditions and amount of resin added on the device were discussed. A two dimensional pseudo-two-phase fluid dynamic model was used to calculate values of gas holdup in a combined water treatment of three-phase fluidized cationic exchange -CO 2 removal, and the simulating results were compared with the exprimental ones, indicating that both is consistent with each other.
