UHMW-PAN中空纤维膜的研制及应用Ⅱ.UHMW-PAN的表征
STUDY OF UHMW-PAN-BASED HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE AND ITS APPLICATION Ⅱ. CHARACTERIZATION OF UHMW-PAN
【摘要】 本文采用 FTIR、粘度法、GPC、1 3C- NMR、X-射线衍射和 TGA等方法 ,对通过悬浮聚合制备的超高分子量聚丙烯腈 (UHMW- PAN)的结构和热性能进行了测定 ,确定了其化学组成和分子量 ,发现其立体规整度、结晶度和热稳定性高于常规聚丙烯腈 (PAN) ,是制备中空纤维膜的较理想材料。
【Abstract】 The structure and the thermal properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylonitrile (UHMW-PAN) prepared by suspension polymerization were measured by FTIR, viscosity method, GPC, 13 C-NMR, X-ray diffraction and TGA. The chemical constitution and molecular weight of UHMW-PAN were determined. It was found that the tacticity, crystallinity and thermal stability of UHMW-PAN are higher than ones of nomal PAN, therefore UHMW-PAN is a good membrane materials.
