【Abstract】 The extraction of L-cysteine by liquid emulsion membrane(LEM) was conducted by utilizing the difference of H~+ concentration between the external and internal plase as the driving force, tri-n-octylamine as cation carriers. Span 80 as the surfactant and L-cysteine as the model solutes. The experiments were performed under various operation conditios to determine the optimum conditions for extraction of L-cysteine. The results showed that the rate of exaction could reach to 80%.更多还原
