基于参数化特征造型的水泵导叶CAD系统研制
Research on Guide Blade CAD System of Pump Based on Parameterized Feature Modeling
【摘要】 详细分析了导叶参数化模型的建立过程和特征造型的实现方法 ,论述了在MDT平台上 ,借助于AutoCAD的二次开发工具ARX研制的集导叶水力模型计算、工程图绘制、三维实体造型等内容于一体的水泵导叶CAD系统 ,并通过运行实例证明了参数化特征造型技术应用于导叶CAD系统的可行性 ,对于提高导叶的设计质量和效率具有实际意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the parameterized modeling process and the feature modeling implementing method of the pump guide blade are analyzed in detail.Using ARX,the secondary developing tool of AutoCAD on MDT (Mechanical Desktop) platform,the guide blade CAD software system realized combining the calculation of the hydraulic modeling, engineering drawing with 3D solid modeling.In the end,the feasibility of applying the parameterized feature modeling to the guide blade CAD system is confirmed by taking a run instance,which shows that it is in favor of improving design quality and cutting design time of guide blades.
