微波消化冷原子吸收法测定海豚肝脏中的汞
Determination of Mercury in Dolphin’s Liver by Cold Atomic Absorption Spectrometry after Microwave Dissolution
【摘要】 采用微波消化样品后用冷原子吸收法测定海豚肝脏中的汞 ,仅用 1:1HNO3 消化样品 ,有良好的汞溶出率和回收率 ,方法简便、快速。检出限 1.6 5ng ,线性范围 0~ 5 0 μg/L ,相对标准偏差 4.0 9% ,测定回收率 98.8%~ 10 0 .4%。用该方法测定四个海豚肝脏粉末样中汞含量分别为 6 35 .5、6 77.1、6 72 .8、6 0 3.3μg/g。
【Abstract】 The content of mercury in dolphin’s liver was determined by cold atomic absorption spectrometry after microwave dissolution. A sample can be completely decomposed by 1:1 HNO 3 solution, with good recovery of mercury. The method is very simple and convenient. The detection limit is 1.65 ng. The linear range is 0~50?μg/L and the RSD is 4.09%. The recovery of Hg is 98.8%~100.4% .With this method, the mercury comtents of four powder samples of dolphin’s liver were measured, and they are 635.5,677.1,672.8 and 603.3?μg/g respectively.
