轻气炮高温靶快速加热及测试系统的研制
Development of High Speed Calefaction and Realtime Measuring System for High Temperature Target on the Light-gas Gun
【摘要】 利用高频加热的工作原理及计算机实时数据采集技术 ,在轻气炮靶室内建立了一套对靶体实现快速加热及温度实时监测的系统。解决了在低真空条件下进行冲击压缩实验所遇到的技术问题。当加载幅度约 8GPa的恒定载荷时 ,得到初始温度约 1 0 0 0K的多种材料的动态响应特性 (包括层裂强度 ,Hugoniot弹性极限 ,卸载声速等 )。实验表明 ,该系统的各项技术指标均达到了设计的要求。
【Abstract】 Made use of the principle of high frequency heating up and computerized realtime data acquiring techenique, a set of system is found to heat up and to realtime measure the temperature of the target on the light gas gun .A lot of techenical problems about shock compress test at the state of low vacuumn are solved.Dynamic responses of many materials are got in about 1000K of the initial temperature when the loading extent is about 8GPa,including spall strength , hugoniot elastic limit , unloading sound velocity etc. These experimentations indicated that each technical index of this system has achived the original designing requirement .
