真空制盐设备腐蚀过程研究

【摘要】 研究真空制盐设备在高温盐水中的腐蚀很有必要。选择几种新合金在高温盐水 1 0 8/ 1 2 0 0作浸泡试验并结合现场取样分析。结果表明 ,F和M系列合金具有良好的耐蚀性。此外 ,借助金相分析了真空制盐设备的腐蚀过程并探讨腐蚀机理

【Abstract】 It is necessary that study facilities of salt manufacture in vacuum be corroded in brine of hight temperature.Seven new alloys selected which was carried out corrosion test in brine at high temperature about 108℃ for 1200h and taking samples from factory was analysed. The experimental results show that F and M alloys have the good corrosion resistance. In addition,corrosion process for facilities of salt manufacture in vacuum was observed on situs by metcllography and the corrosion mechanism is also investigated.
