植物样品中微量硼的测定
DETERMINATION OF TRACE BORON IN PLANT SAMPLES
【摘要】 研究了用极谱法测定植物样品中的微量硼 ,实验表明 ,在 pH为 4 0邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲体系中 ,硼与铍试剂Ⅲ形成稳定配合物 ,并在峰电位为 - 0 4 5V (对SCE)产生吸附催化波 ,该方法操作简便、准确 ,具有很好的选择性和灵敏度 ,该法应用于植物叶片中微量硼的测量 ,获得良好结果
【Abstract】 Oscillopolarographic determination of trace boron in plant sample has been studied The complex formed by boron with beryllon Ⅲ in a buffer solution of potassium biphthalate at pH 4 0 The complex gives a sensitive adsorptive catalytic wave at the potential of -0 45V(VS SCE) The test shows that it has the advantages of convenient operation,rapid procedure, good selectivity
