列表轴截形回转面的磨削及理论粗糙度的计算与分析
Grinding of Rotary Surface Composed of Discrete Points in Its Axial Section and Calculation and Analysis of Theoretical Roughness
【摘要】 提出了用圆弧廓形砂轮磨削列表轴截形回转面的方法。在三次样条曲线拟合列表型值点的基础上 ,对砂轮廓形半径的选取以及被加工表面的理论粗糙度进行了详细的分析 ,并给出了数学模型和实例计算。
【Abstract】 A method for grinding rotary surface composed of discrete points in its axial section using a grinding wheel with circular profile is presented in this paper With the discrete points fitted by cubic spline,selection of the radius of the grinding wheel profile and the theoretical surface roughness of the workpiece machined are analysed in detail,then the mathematical model is developed,and calculation example is also given
