【Abstract】 The indirect ELISA method for quantification testing of recombinant h uman fibroblast growth factor has been established .The standard curve, equation and the data analyzing method o f the samples has been established. The experiments re vealed that the key factors which influenced the experim ental results were the buffer system and the sundry pr oteins. The effectiveness of this method is 6.25ng/m L.
