【摘要】 目的　探讨RB患儿与其父母自发及MMC诱发SCE的相关性 .方法　采用微量全血培养法制备淋巴细胞染色体及姐妹染色单体分化染色 (SCD)法进行SCE分析 .结果RB患儿自发和诱发频率 (10 .81/细胞 ,2 9.35/细胞 )高于小儿对照 (7.50 /细胞 ,2 3.2 6 /细胞 ) ,P<0 .0 1;RB患儿SCE自发频率 (10 .81/细胞 )与其父母 (10 .6 2 /细胞 )无统计学意义 ,P >0 .0 5;RB患儿SCE诱发频率 (2 9.35/细胞 )高于其父母 (2 6 .2 4 /细胞 ) ,P <0 .0 1;RB患儿父母SCE自发诱发频率 (10 .6 2 /细胞 ,2 6 .2 4 /细胞 )均高于成人对照 (8.6 6 /细胞、2 2 .2 5/细胞 ) ,P<0 .0 1.结论　RB患儿SCE自发及诱发频率与其父母自发及诱发频率相关性不明显 ,P >0 .0 5,RB患儿的染色体不稳定性和潜在不稳定性可能由其父母遗传而来 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Exploration of t he relationship between the spontaneous and induced SCE of patients with RB and their parents. Methods the SCE analysis was used by peripheral blood lymphocyted cultrures and sister chromatid difference with sta ning technique. Results the mean spontaneous and MMC induced SCE per cell was 10.81 and 29.35 in RB patients, 8.66 and 22.25 in adults controls, No di fferences was observed in the spontaneous SCE frequency between the RB patients and t heir parents P >0.05,but it showed an increase in the MMC ind uced SCE. Conclusion No relationship between the spontaneous and MMC induced SCE of the RB patients and their parents, but the chromosomal unstability may be inherited from their parents.更多还原
