四川山鹧鸪脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因的扩增与序列分析
THE AMPLIFICATION AND SWQUENCE ANALYSIS OF THE BRAIN DERIVED NEUROTOPHIC FACTOR (BDNF) GENE FROM SICHUAN PARTRIDGE
【摘要】 :参照人BDNF基因序列设计出一对引物 ,利用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)方法 ,从四川山鹧鸪 (Arborophilarufipectus)基因组DNA中扩增到BDNF基因 .序列分析表明 ,该基因序列长 736bp ,与人和鸡BDNF基因的核苷酸同源性分别为 84 % ,95% ,推导的蛋白质序列与人和鸡相应序列的同源性分别为 92 %和 98% .实验扩增并分析了四川山鹧鸪的BDNF基因 ,为四川山鹧鸪的保护和繁育提供了重要资料 .
【Abstract】 The full coding region of the BDNF gene was amplified from Sichuan partridge genome by PCR with the primers designed on the sequence of human BDNF gene. Sequence analysis showed that the coding region has 736bp and is highly homologous with that of human and Gallus counterpart genes (84% and 95% respectively). The homology of deduced BDNF protein sequence with that of human and Gallus is about 95% and 98% respectively. It is to amplify and analyze BDNF gene from Sichuan partridge genome, which will provide useful information at the protection and breeding of the rare and endangerious species.
