一个多抗性小麦中间偃麦草新种质的遗传鉴定

【摘要】 用小麦材料中国春连续回交硬粒小麦与中间偃麦草茸毛变种的杂种F1植株 ,并自交多代获得了一个农艺性状比较稳定的材料TE 3.根尖细胞有丝分裂观察表明TE 3群体中多数植株具有 2n =54~ 56条染色体 ,Giemsa C带分析发现了来源于偃麦草的 7对染色体 ,因而TE 3是一个小麦 偃麦草的部分双二倍体 ,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期I观察到大量的单价体和多价体 ,表明该双二倍体在细胞学上有待进一步稳定 .RAPD分析也证实了TE 3中的偃麦草遗传物质的存在 .由于TE 3具有对小麦多种病害的优良抗性 ,可望成为小麦育种中利用中间偃麦草物种优异基因的新种质 .

【Abstract】 A stable germplasm TE 3 was developed from the selfing progenies of wheat line Chinese Spring backcross with a hybrids between a Triticum durum and Thinopyrum intermedium ssp. trichophorum accession. Observation of somatic mitotic cell revealed the chromosome numbers of most TE 3 plants are 2n=54~56. Giemsa C banding revealed that 7 pairs of chromosomes with strong bands derived from Th. intermedium. It is supposed that TE 3 is a wheat Thinopyrum partial amphiploid. A high frequency of univalents and multivalents existed in meiotic metaphase I of pollen mother cell of TE 3, indicating that its cytological instability need to be improved. In addition, the introduction of the Thinopyrum chromatin of TE 3 was also confirmed by RAPD analysis. It is likely that line TE 3 can be served as a new germplasm for transferring the desirable genes from Th. intermedium to wheat because TE 3 exhibits novel resistance to several wheat diseases.
