keV低能强流小截面电子束的研究
STUDY OF A FOCUSSED INTEMSE ELECTRON BEAM OF keV USED FOR ATON-MOLECULE COLLISION
【摘要】 介绍了一种用于原子分子碰撞低能强流小截面电子束的产生方法 ,研究了电子束流强与 La B6阴极位置、栅电压、能量及透镜结构间的相互影响 ,采用辅助阳极和单透镜的组合 ,可扩拓低能段电子强流
【Abstract】 e:A focussed intense electron beam of keV used for atommolecule collision was destribed. The relationships of the electron current with the position of LaB 6 surface, the grid volage, the electron energy and the lens construction were studied.The methode used for extending the electron currend at a lower energy was abtained by a assistant anode extraction.
