软化学法低温合成钴酸锂的研究

【摘要】 采用软化学法合成钴酸锂(LIxCoO2)并对产物进行XRD,SEM,IR,XPS及ICP测试.结果表明,与固相法相比,该法具有烧结温度低(500℃),烧结时间短(4h)的优点.对用LiCoO2微粉作正极活性物质组成的Li/LizCoO2电池进行电化学测试结果表明,电池充电电压可达 4.5V(vs,Li),第一次充电比容量为146mA·h·g-1,循环25周后的放电比容量为135mA·h·g-1,终止电压3.0V(vs,Li),容量损失为7.5%.

【Abstract】 LiCoO2 Powders had been synthesized by soft chemistry method. The products were measured by XRD, SEM, IR, XPS and ICP, the results come to the conclusion that this is a good method with low sintering temperature of 500C and with short sintering the of 4h comparing to the traditional sintering method. The electrochemistry tests using Li/LiCoO2 cell with LiCoO2 as active cathode materials show that the change voltage is 4.4V (vs. Li), the first charge capacity is 146mA. h. g-1,the discharge capacity is 135mA· h· g-and capacity loss is 7. 5% after 25 cycles,cut off voltnge is 3. 0V(vs Li).
