【摘要】 探讨了热灌装技术加工塑料瓶装茶饮料的工艺 ,通过对比实验 ,确定该法既能保持茶汁的色香味 ,又能保证产品的贮存期。

【Abstract】 The technology for the hot filling of tea drinks in plastic bottles is studied in the paper. Comparison tests show that the technology can not only keep the original colour, flavour and taste of tea liquor, but also guarantee the storage period of products.
