【摘要】 就建立完整的全面生产管理系统、以预防维修为主的全面设备管理系统及全面质量管理系统 ,对大型饮料厂的生产管理经验进行了论述 ,证明了只有从这三方面抓严、抓好 ,才能保证好的产品。

【Abstract】 The management of the production in large beverage manufacturers is studied in connection with the establishment of TPMS,TMMS and TQMS.The conclusion indicates that only the stringent and complete implementation of these systems can help to make good products.
