造纸污泥流化床焚烧技术试验研究
Experimental Research on the Incineration Technology of Paper Mill Sludge in Fluidized Bed
【摘要】 在截面积 0 .4m× 0 .4m的冷态流化床试验台上对造纸污泥进行了流化特性研究。试验表明 ,造纸污泥必须与异比重的惰性物料配制成双组分床料后 ,才能获得理想的流化 ;确定了合适的惰性物料粒径 ;研究了床料配比对临界流化速度的影响。造纸污泥的热态流化焚烧试验在一床截面积为 0 .2 3m× 0 .2 3m,总高 4.4m的试验台上进行。试验表明 ,造纸污泥的水分对燃烧的稳定性有决定性影响 ;首次报道了造纸污泥在流化床内燃烧时燃烧份额的分布情况 ,水分为 40 %的造纸污泥在床层和悬浮段的燃烧份额分别为 45%、55%。测定了稳定燃烧工况下的烟气成分 ,烟气中 SO2 及 NOx、N2 O的含量很低 ,完全满足环保要求。
【Abstract】 Experimental research on the fluidization characteristic of paper mill sludge was conducted in a cold fluidized bed test facility with a cross section of 0.4 m×0.4 m.The experimental results show that in order to reach good fluidization,the paper mill sludge should be mixed with inertial materials whose density is different from that of the paper mill sludge to form dual component bed materials.The particle size of inertial materials is optimized.The influence of the weight fraction of inertial materials Vs sludge on the minimum fluidization velocity was studied.The research on the incineration of the paper mill sludge was done on a 4.4 meter height hot fluidized bed test facility with a cross section of 0.23 m×0.23 m.The results show that the moisture of the sludge has a crucial influence on its combustion stability.For the first time the combustion share distribution of the paper mill sludge in the fluidized bed incinerator was reported.The combustion share of the paper mill sludge with 40% moisture in the dense bed and freeboard is 45% and 55% respectively.The flue gas compositions of the paper mill sludge were analyzed.The contents of SO 2,NO x and N 2O in the flue gas are very low and can meet the emission requirements.
