【Abstract】 The relationship of health and probiotics has gradually been known since this century.With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living conditions,intestinal microflora and its relation with long life,and prevention of disease becomes more and more concerned. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the composition of current probiotic preparations for human and its nutritional and therapeutic benefits.And the future applications of probiotics for human are also concerned.
