【Abstract】 Four different kinds of simple anaerobic techniques were used to enumerate a strain of Bifidobacterium bifidum and the experiment results were compared. The results showed that the enumeration method with double layer half solid technique was not only convenient but also effective compared with the other three methods,it is a preferable enumeration method for Bifidobacterium.更多还原
