反吹系流煤粉燃烧技术对炉内空气动力场影响的试验和数值模拟

【摘要】 对引进型 30 0MW机组四角切向燃烧锅炉实施反吹系流技术改造 ,进行了冷态模化试验和数值模拟。试验和数值结果表明 :在原炉上实施一次风反吹技术能够改善炉内空气动力场 ,解决炉内各种火侧问题 ,并且能有效地减小水平烟道入口处的残余旋转量

【Abstract】 The technical modification of a primary air reverse tangential flow based was conducted of the tangentially fired boiler of a Chinese made 300 MW unit based on imported technology. The results of a cold state model test and numerical simulation indicate that the implementation of a primary air reverse flow technology on the above cited boiler can improve the in furnace aerodynamic field and solve various furnace fire side problems. In addition, it can also effectively reduce the residual rotation magnitude at the horizontal flue inlet.
