基于模糊模式识别的电站锅炉能损故障分类

【摘要】 以电站锅炉各部分受热面烟温与额定烟温的差值为特征参数 ,建立了基于模糊模型识别的三种能损类型漏风 ,污染和煤质变劣的模糊模式识别模型。此模式可以仅根据不同部位的烟温变化而对能损类型进行有效的识别

【Abstract】 With the difference between the actual flue gas temperature and rated one in the various heating surfaces of a utility boiler serving as characteristic data a fuzzy pattern identification based model has been set up for energy loss identification. The model can identify three types of energy loss (air leakage, ash deposit caused contamination and the effect of an unscheduled change of coal rank). It should be noted that the effective identification of the three types of energy loss has been realized solely by tracking the change in flue gas temperature at various locations of the boiler.
