【摘要】 介绍桂西北大石山区基本情况,桂西北地头水柜试点情况,指出地头水柜试点工程存在的问题,并提出有关建议。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the basic situation of rocky mountainous area in Northwest Guangxi and pilot projects of field water cellars there. The author points out existing problems of pilot projects and puts forward relevant suggestions.
