交联萘沥青的组成与结构特征
COMPONENT AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERS OF CROSS-LINKING NAPHTHALENE PITCH
【摘要】 萘与硫在较低温度下交联聚合 ,制得了可溶性好、残炭值高、软化点较低、流动性良好的交联萘沥青。结构分析发现 ,此沥青分子量分布较窄 ,主要由三到四个萘分子交联而成。推测其反应机理 ,估计聚合物经萘环侧位交联成环而形成长链状硫杂环类结构。
【Abstract】 Naphthalene was cross-linked by sulfur at relatively low temperature to result in naphthalene pitch with excellent solubility, high coke yield, low softening point and good fluidity Elemental analysis, liquid 13 C-NMR spectrum and 1H-NMR spectrum, field dispersion mass spectrum (FDMS) and IR spectrum of the naphthalene pitch were analyzed completely Structure analysis discovered that the pitch was mainly formed by oligomers, which were constituted mainly by molecules with three or four cross-linking naphthalene The molecular weight distribution of the pitch was narrow The mechanism of the formation of naphthalene pitch was infered that naphthalene molecule was developed into naphthyl-sulfhydrate at β position firstly, then the sulfoficated molecule was cross-linked to another naphthalene molecule by dehydrogenation to form sulfoether liked structures which finally cata-condensed to form heterocyclic oligomers
