GC/MS分析煤抽出物中的含氮杂环化合物
CHARACTERIZATION OF NITROGEN-HETEROCYCLES IN A COAL EXTRACT BY GC/MS
【摘要】 贵定煤氯仿索氏抽出物经硅胶柱色谱和PdCl2 配体交换薄层色谱两步分离 ,获得了含氮杂环化合物的芳香馏分 (NPAH) ,用GC(FPD)和GC MS色质联用仪分析其组成结构。通过检索质谱数据并参考有关文献 ,初步确认贵定煤含氮化合物以三、四环结构为主 ,同时含有硫原子 ,主要是氮杂二苯并噻吩及其C1~C5烷基取代物 ;其他氮杂稠环芳烃含量很低。
【Abstract】 Polynuclear aromatic nitrogen-heterocycles(NPAHs) were isolated from chloroform extract of Guiding coal by two-step seperation method using silica gel column chromatography and PdCl2 ligand exchange thin layer chromatography.The subfraction was examined by gas chromatography with flame photometric and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Identification was accomplished by analysing mass spectra of these compounds and comparising with those reported in the literatures.The results showed that the compounds possibly contained the heteroatoms of sulfur and nitrogen located in fused aromatic rings.Four types of compounds were tentatively identified as aza-dibenzothiophene(DBT) and its di- and tetrahydro products, aza-benzonaphthothiophene(BNT), aza-phenanthrene or aza-anthracene and their alkylated (C1~C5) derivatives, with 3~4 aromatic rings as the main components.The distribution and structure of these compounds were very similar to that of polynuclear aromatic sulfur-heterocycles (PASHs) in Guiding coal extract, schematically replacing CH group in aromatic ring of PASHs by atom of nitrogen.It was necessary and important to investigate the relation between PASHs and NPAHs.
