激光淬火提高发动机汽缸抗磨性能的研究
Study on Laser Quenching to Raise Antiwear Capacity of Engine Cylinder
【摘要】 激光淬火对于提高发动机汽缸抗磨性能是个有效的方法。CO2 激光适合于汽缸缸套 (对称形体 )淬火 ,YAG激光适合于形状复杂缸体淬火。文中介绍了有关的激光淬火工艺 ,推荐了最佳的淬火深度和最佳的淬火面积。
【Abstract】 The Laser quenching is an effective way to raise antiwear capacity of engine cylinder. CO 2 laser is suited to quenching of cylinder sleeve (with symmetrical shape) YAG laser is suited to quenching of engine cylinder with complicated shape The concerned technologies of laser quenching are introduced, and the optimum quenching depth and optimum quenching area are recommend
