化学镀镍技术用于提高进口发动机气缸耐磨性的探讨
An Approach to the Wear-resistance Improvement of Engine Cylinder by Chemical Plating Nickel
【摘要】 本文扼要地介绍了化学镀镍技术的特点。针对发动机实际工况 ,进行快速模拟磨损对比试验 ,建立了强化材料的磨损规律数学模型 ,并绘制了负荷———速度———磨损量三维曲面图。对化学镀镍磷合金的耐磨性进行较全面的评价 ,初步探讨了化学镀镍用于强化进口发动机气缸的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the character of chemical plating nickel technology is introduced Through the wear experiment, the mathematical model of wear rules for the material is established, and the wear curved surfaces (load-speed-wearing capacity)were drawn After complete evaluation to the wear-resistance of the material, the feasibility of hardening engine cylinder by chemical plating nickel technology is approached briefly
