【摘要】 为探讨针刺治疗血管性痴呆 (vasculardementia ,简称VD)的临床疗效 ,丰富针灸治疗VD等脑病的思路和途径 ,采用奇经八脉穴位结合八脉交会穴按时选穴 (灵龟八法 )而组成的奇经八脉针法 ,与目前临床报道较多的靳三针疗法进行临床对照研究 ,观察两组治疗VD的疗效。共治疗VD 74例 ,奇经八脉针法组治疗 39例 ,靳三针对照组治疗 35例 ,以HDS、ADL、MMSE等量表观察其疗效 ;同时检测血清自由基三项、一氧化氮 (NO)、去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、肾上腺素 (E)、色胺酸 (TRP)的变化。结果 :奇经八脉针法组总有效率为 82 .0 5% ,勒三针对照组为 85.71% ,经统计学处理 ,两组总有效率无显著性差异。表明奇经八脉针法和靳三针疗法治疗VD均能改善患者的智能指标 ,其机理可能在于针刺调节中枢神经功能 ,清除自由基 ,抑制血清NE和NO的过高分泌 ,促进机体内环境稳定 ,进而改善智能更多还原

【Abstract】 A controlled trial was carried out to observe the clinical effects of eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy on vascular dementia (VD) with Jin Sanzhen therapy as control. The eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy is the method by selecting acupoints of the eight extra-meridians and the crossing acupoints of eight meridians according to the Linggui Eight Methods. Seventy-four cases of VD were allocated to two groups. Group 1 (n=39) was treated by eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy and Group 2 (n=35) with Jin Sanzhen therapy. Quantitative tables of HDS, ADL and MMSE were applied to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Contents of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione superoxidase (GSH-Px), lipid peroxide (LPO), nitric oxide (NO), epinephrin (E), noradrenaline (NE) and tryptophan (TRP) were determined. The results showed that the total effective rate was 82.05% and 85.71% in Group 1 and Group 2 respectively (P> 0.05 ). It is indicated that both eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy and Jin Sanzhen therapy can improve intelligence index of VD, and the possible mechanism is related to the regulation of central nervous system function, elimination of SOD and reduction of NE and NO secretion.更多还原
