【摘要】 为研究叶下珠属植物台湾细叶油柑体内外抗乙肝病毒的作用 ,应用 2 115细胞株及雏鸭乙型肝炎模型 ,对台湾细叶油柑水提取物和醇提取物进行了体内外抗乙肝活性实验。结果 :台湾细叶油柑水提取物和醇提取物对HBsAg分泌均有一定抑制作用 ,但其醇提物对HBeAg的分泌无抑制作用。在体内抗鸭乙肝病毒实验中 ,台湾细叶油柑水提物 10g·kg- 1·d- 1和 5g·kg- 1·d- 1剂量组于给药 5d、给药 10d和停药 3d时有显著体内抑制DHBV -DNA作用 ,而其醇提物则无抑制DHBV -DNA作用。提示台湾细叶油柑水提取物有抗乙肝病毒作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Anti_HBV effect of water extract and alcohol extract of Phyllanthus simplex Retz. from Taiwan was investigated in vivo and in vitro by means of 2215 cell strain and duckling infected with DHBV. The results showed that the water extract and alcohol extract had a certain inhibitory effect on HBsAg, and the alcohol extract showed no inhibitory effect on HBeAg. In vivo, the water extract at the dosage of 10g.kg -1 .d -1 and 5g.kg -1 .d -1 had an obvious inhibitory effect on DHBV_DNA on the fifth and the tenth day during treatment and the third day after treatment, while the alcohol extract showed no above effect. It is indicated that the water extract of Phyllanthus simplex Retz. exerts an anti_HBV effect.更多还原
